AirTouch 5 lets you control your ducted heating and cooling room by room, from a touchscreen on the wall or an app on your phone. Heat or cool only the rooms you're using, and set each room to the temperature you want.
Already have a ducted system? In many homes we can upgrade it to AirTouch 5, often reusing the existing zone dampers.

Upgrading your existing ducted system
AirTouch 5 can be retrofitted to many existing ducted systems, including ones that have been running for years. It works with most 24V zone damper motors, so your existing dampers can often be reused. Compatibility depends on your indoor unit, so we'll check your system at a free site visit and tell you exactly what's needed.

We also service and maintain AirTouch 4 systems. If you have an older AirTouch 4 controller, we can check it over, keep it running well, and talk you through your options if you ever want to upgrade to AirTouch 5.
We service ducted systems with AirTouch and other zone control, checking the zones are opening and closing properly as part of the service. If a zone isn't working or the controller isn't responding, we can find the fault and fix it.
